Rolfe Construction was founded in 1972 by Norman Rolfe.
Norman currently co-manages the company with the help of
his son and partner Dennis Rolfe.
Rolfe Construction's primary business is underground
construction. This includes water, sewer, storm drain,
irrigation, and joint trench utilities for residential, commercial
and public works projects. Other related construction
activities that we self perform include:
